:)

In car adjustments as in similar to how you'd adjust airbags, just with not as much adjustability? I mean, just adjustable with a remote of sorts?

A little bit different. You compress the shock, then twist left to tighten the dampening, or twist right to losen.

Cheers,
Shazza

IIRC the yellow ones have a hollow shaft and you use a 'key' placed on the top of the shaft to change the setting. This can be done without removing the shocker.
The red ones you compress fully to engage the adjuster, then rotate. This requires the shocker to be removed (not in all applications).

In each case, adjustment will change rebound damping only. Each stage is half a turn, 5 stages in total.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

AE86 is a bit newer than a ke70 Aek :P

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.

Little bit more work this arvo.

Cleaned up, sanded back and painted the Lower Control Arms. Came up alright. Has just had fresh aftermarket bushes and ball joints fitted, so they are practically brand new now.

Some moar mods today.

So I went up to my mates work this morning to wire in my stereo and give him a hand with his supercharged motor conversion. When I got there, I noticed his mate (who owns a Vs commodore too) had this monstrosity of a rolling shell he was stripping spare parts out of.

Then, I proceeded to make it better.

Anyhow, I noticed in between the already horrid rear spoiler, he had a fibreglass spoiler in the middle. I taxed it, painted it black, and mounted it to the car. I didnt have high hopes to be honest, however, this was the result.

Didn't come up too bad IMO. I mean, it was never going to be as good as a $300 rare JDM one, but, for $11.90 (can of enamel) I'm not complaining.

Cheers,
Shazza
