I posted up a question on Rexnet regarding the DCCD clicking ive been getting.. And got a pretty good answer..

Have a read anyone interested.

http://www.rexnet.co...23#entry2444323

Seems a DCCD Pro unit will give me the Auto function i need to stop the clunking at low speed..

I have also read that you can click the hand break up a notch and it will disable the DCCD.. So gonna try that tomorrow.

That's good news! Sounds relatively inexpensive too?

I have a dccd pro fitted. Got it from the guy in canada I think. Not a bad little gadget. Mine came with factory button and thumbwheel.

If the hand brake trick works, rather than leave it on the first notch (which will lightly engage the shoes) tinker with the handbrake wiring to make the light on the dash stay permanantly on (although make it reversible of course). That will stop you overheating your rear discs until you receive and fit the controller.

MY00 Red RX, a nice daily that was sold off once the B4 became reliable...
MY02 Blue B4, aka 'The Project' - v8 JDM STi engine package and assorted other 'goodies' - Sold, then bought back for parts. Stripped and crushed.
MY03 Blue RX, the newer old daily, pretty well more B4 than RX now... In the process of being converted to the track toy... Watch this space!
MY02 Silver Wagon, H6 conversion, full blue/black leather and almost full black interior to go with it. In process of being stripped and sold off.
MY03 White/Silver H6 Outback, donor car for silver waghoon. Scrapped.
MY97 Silver RX, acquired to become track car, but plans changed. Scrapped.

MY13 BRG, current daily, very nice to drive, small mods to make it even nicer again.

After the conversion i seem to have a ticking sounds in the my drivers side dash when on the gas.. I thaught it must of been something lose in the dash but its totally back together now and still there any ideas ?

Also got a bit of a scraping noise appear latley when releasing the clutch the last 10% of travel from a standing start ?? From googleing it sounds like it could be a throwout bearing..

forking sick of problems with this car..
