The rim on the front are the rims on my mums 06 spec b. This is my car when i first bought it in 2010. I like these rims but much much prefer the ones ive bought.

Nice choice. :D

You will need Outback spec tyres though, not Liberty ones. Otherwise your speedo will be out.

What would you suggest for the tyres then cause those are 215/40/18's

A quick bit of research has found that the oem size is 205/55/16 so 215/40/18 is a spot on match at only 0.4% difference in rolling diameter.

Lucky. :D

Id check the load rating however just to be picky.

Gen2 Outback has higher profile tyres than a Gen3 Outback...... Im lucky that the oem size of the Gen2 Outback is the same as a Toyota Camry though so tyres are cheap and bountiful. :D

The cars original tyres where Yokohama Geolanders which where and suv tyre and had a profile of 215/60/16 90H and the tyre that are on the car now are Pirelli P6 car tyres and are the exact same except for the last bit which is 99V whatever that means

99 is the load rating, V is the speed rating. Higher as its classed as an SUV. Liberty tyres are around the 92W from memory.

Id suggest going by the tyre placard on the rhs pillar. The tyres would have been changed from original. Just toconfirm they've stuck to oem specs.

To match a 215/60/16 you'll need a 225/45/18.
