Thats where the suspension and wheel arch is. It will be going black soon, to match the back doors :P

Thinking about the floor, want it to be flat so may get some plywood and cut it to shape (cover it in marine carpet or some shit)
Get some tint and throw a mattress in there and i will have myself a shagon wagon.

What he said. Cut off your legs and fold yourself in half and a mattress might be worthwhile?

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.

Well i cant now.... because i kinda put something in there...

So i went to Townsville this weekend, and did some shopping. (Sold a heap of stuff)
Had to drive through half an hour of this...
Posted Image

A friend of mine had a spare amp lying around... Just a little 1200W Boss Audio beast. $50 later and it was mine.
Posted Image

Then today i went to JB-Hifi for a head unit... And got a little carried away with the specials...
Posted Image

So once i got home i fixed the snapped connection (DO NOT DO THIS AT HOME!!!!)
Posted Image

Unpacking and getting ready for install.
Posted Image

Installed the head unit. New Kenwood with 6rca outputs and full ipod support (rather than the ipod doing the sound processing the unit does it, so full 320k files are go)
Posted Image

Half way through subs/amp install, sorting wires etc.
Posted Image

Final install
Posted Image

This bastard is pushing out some serious noise now and i can feel the kick while driving to Lamb of God. Epic stuff.

Stereo is now worth twice as much as the car. New floor will get done eventually... aka when i figure out how to do it and get the car certified.

Is that a rear strut brace made of occy straps? Kinda defeats the purpose I think :sarcastic: :sarcastic:

Otherwise seems like a bit of a pain in the ass having no rear seats... Couldn't you have put them in the boot instead?

Without the rear seats i can see more out the back window, dont have to worry about people wanting a lift, and i can fit so many things back there its not funny.
Yesterday for the trip back i managed to put in a mattress, 3 subs, 3 amps, a drill, a head unit, my tools and all my other misc equipment.

They are holding the carpet and shit down at the moment until i take it all out and replace with plywood.

Now you really have exceeded the cost of repairing the Gen2 by a fair margin.
You sir, are a goose.
I'd be ashamed to post all this dribble on a pussy deflector forum let alone a Subaru forum.
As Tony Montana would say:
In this country, you gotta make the money first.
Then when you get the money, you get the power.
Then when you get the power, then you get the women.

To fix liberty, sell pussy deflector. Fix it proper then people will buy it.

I may even just sell them both and get something newer.

[Stereo doesn't count toward cost of car, I can transfer it to my next car or even sell it on, I just wanted some doof and the only thing that had been holding me back was the cost of an amp, but a mate sold me one cheap so it was a go ahead]
