Giving up on the keyless system... after 4 days of trying to figure out the wiring (every diagram i got was for the wrong system) i finally got the wiring sorted and working. However... now that i have crossed that bridge i have found another, The actuators dont have a long enough stroke to both lock and unlock the doors... they will only do one or the other.
So thats getting ripped out when i can be bothered getting around to it. (Had finished everything but the back doors)

Got a wheel bearing fitted on Monday, the shaking is now a 20th of what it was. I will be swapping the wheels around (front/back) and seeing is that makes a difference. (Could also just have been the road i was on when testing it)

Apart from that the car is running pretty well, getting good economy (when im not gunning it) and handles pretty well for a box.
The suspension may need replacing down the line (when i can be Posted Image'ed to do anything about it), as it knocks and creaks occasionally. Also when any one of my mates sit in the car (all over 100kg each) the damn thing looses all ground clearance and goes no where fast.
So may have to stop giving friends lifts. Just don't know how to tell them that...

Mod the actuators to give them a long enough stroke?

Don't worry about the ride height with a load, my Civic would scrape/complain on roundabouts with 4 regular adults in it (average weight about 70kg each). Tell your friends their fat.

180kg 21 year old?!
I wouldn't be letting him in my car. Need to replace the struts every week. Tie him to the back and make him run, he might lose some Posted Image'ing weight.

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

Should stick wide load stickers to his back and organise a convey to escort you any time he is in the car.

Be like moving a house.

Swapped the wheels front/back, now new tyres are on front. It has also entirely resolved the shaking in the steering at 90kmh.
