Top level cover. Covers everything. Underwritten through Allianz.
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,right off.

Shaz, that sounds like an amazing amount of money to pay for travel insurance :S
I think I paid $80 and that is to go to some'ed up third world country where just looking at poor people can give you aids and put you hospital.
Merica is considered "high risk" by insurance companies for some reason.
Also, they're going for over a month.

Just got a quote from Newcastle Permanent who we do all our banking with (granted their internet system can't recognise that) but they do ask the exact same questions as AAMI and seem to be underwritten by AAMI.
AAMI = $361.61
NP = $556.99
What a joke!!!!

Newcastle Permanent are the biggest joke. i switched from them to commonwealth and never looked back. only had drama with them
I really like them for banking - never had a problem. High interest savings accounts, never paid a cent in fees, always super friendly in-store and on the phone and always willing to help... but their insurance is a bit ridiculous! They quoted me $5k to insure my Liberty when I first bought that!
