It is a silly idea in my opinion... I am of the firm belief that I should just be a king, and have slaves to do chores for me... that is how the world should work.

I can't speak for how things are over your way dude, but I think that as long as your name is on the account that the card is attached to it is ok.

Corporate rejected my refund request for an $84 chargeback at "The Generous Squire - Perth" Apparently, not business related.
