So tempting...

However,

Crap company
Emotionally unstable bosses (They are gay. With each other)
I've never come across a company that's run so badly!
She'll most likely be called in more than two days a week.
I can't see this amazing offer being so easy to just transition into.

$28/h is a good rate. Especially if you consider the amount of time you spend on the GT!

Also, who sets the rate? Who would you like to be the end all of worker pay rates?

thats still good coin.

But, If I don't ask for a pay rise, then I won't know. The boss can say no. But he is pretty chuffed with the work I do, speaks highly of me, and I do a better job than the higher paid guys.

And I know that he is happy with me because I'm the only one working for him ATM!

AND I set the rate when I started work, It's what I was offered at my other job plus a bit!

We HAD an employee (at the workshop) who turned up one day and demanded that he be paid full rate (what he was receiving gross) cash in hand because he didn't want to be paid tax any more, his argument was that if we wanted him to continue working for us we had to do it or he would leave........ I don't think Dad gave him a hand to pack his tools up that day.
