So my boss isn't here so i can write this now. Looks like i will be quitting my job shortly (month or 2) and doing a mature age sparky apprenticeship.....Im kinda excited. ****if all goes to plan that is!!!****

Thats what it says on my payslip (Mechanical workshop trades assistant)
I gey paid the same as the dumb fucks that have no qualifications and mow lawns and go mulching!!! I fix their stuffups

Chef couldn't make it to work today, so I have to do breakfast service on my day off. After that? Thought I'd check out a new spot that had just opened up. Guess who was working the pass? No shit. Hey Chef!
For all the bad, there's a lot of good, but in Australia... the service industry is a joke. People treat hospitality as something you do while you're on your way to something better. Something amazing. Make this amazing. Make the service and hospitality industries of Australia amazing, something to be proud of. People earn in a day what is paid in an HOUR in Australia.
