Hey man, I think the $59 is the cost of the watch. The $12 is for shipping. They said if you paid $59, you'd get the watch for over $45 under retail value so yeah, watch delivered to you will be $59 + $12 if you get it through this project.

Just hit contribute, and then follow the forms. I haven't used 'Indiegogo' before, but I have used Kickstarter, which is the same principal.
Considering these guys have easily smashed out their target, I'd say the money will go straight away, but also that shipping will be on schedule. If the target of a project isn't yet met, they just grab your details, then take the money once the target has been reached.

Just click on the colour combo you want (down the right hand side of the page), then when you get to the amount you want to contribute, add on $12 for shipping, so $71 if you're buying one watch. Then you can pay with a card or paypal and you'll get your watch in september. I ordered mine yesterday!
