Ha ha, not your fault man. Shit happens. All good. I still love the look of them and hope that I can get mine replaced. A positive complaint email has just been sent.

And I've heard back from them only the next morning! How's that for customer support?!

Her reply:

Hi Gary,

We are so sorry about your watch. We have had a set of stronger pins made that we will ship out immediately. This will resolve the problem. If you have any further problems with the watch, please contact us immediately!

She sent it before I even gave her any details. Apparently she just looked up the system, got my details and sent the new pins straight away. The email containing the receipt also contained a link to the YouTube video that explains how to change them over. How good is that!

Yeah that’s a worry isn’t it. If they were originally skimping out on pins I’d be concerned about what else they did on the cheap

Very true I guess, but for $80, I'm not complaining. It's a good-looking watch in my opinion. Minimalist, the colours work and it tells the time. :P

Picked up one of those Cadence watches. It feels about the same quality as the MVMT and I would say they are most probably made in the same factory.

Yeah I like the look of that one.  Probably a nice dress watch, rather than an everyday one if the build quality isn't quite there.

Sig worthy.

Also put a nato watchband on the MVMT. I was sick of the creaky spring pins.

I have been sent a set of new pins for free after sending them an email about it. You guys should do the same. I have not yet put them on the MVMT watch but they do feel and look a lot stronger.
