AlexG, that sounds about right! I know salesmen are t known as the most reputable people around but for a luxury car dealership, you'd think they'd know better...
Good on you for complaining. I'm not sure if my old man did anything but I'm certain the wholesaler had words to management about how badly we were stuffed around.
