Buying my wall mount for my TV today, picking up my aunty and uncle from the airport, watching my girlfriend play soccer and then relaxing finally before going back to work tomorrow. Oh, and should be making a final decision on what number plate I will be ordering.

Every time I backed off the trigger, it would spurt out puffs of paint into my hand and down onto my work. Severely pissed off.

I think I'll do it with a compressor next week. At least I know it will work.

I blame it solely on Pete, because that's what he used!

Also Gaz, I have 2 tv mounts I cant use because they arent wide enough to hit studs in my walls. are you going into wall studs or concrete?

Just a quick one, have you ever thought to ask your mate to get the price for something small like a wall bracket, get him to write it on a card and then go into any other JB?

Ha, thanks 'dam. Not a bad site and they have some good brackets, but the one I'm getting from my mate is a pretty high end one and I'm getting a pretty good discount for it.

Good idea is to always get the bigger mount. Say you have a 42" tv and your mount options are either 30"-42" or 42"-60" ... get the bigger one.

Yeah that's what I'm doing. There is a cheaper one specifically for my 40" TV, but he said that if I want to get a bigger one I'll just have to buy a bigger mount later. The difference between the two is only $15.

Yeah if it's something small and you don't want to travel a huge distance it makes it easier, and I dont know where Leichardt is

If its a tv or decent camera then by all means do the right thing and see your mate.

So you will be getting the Vogel bracket I take it? Have you thought about how you will be running cables and the distance behind the TV you will need?
