What do you guys think about a full alloy radiator? The existing hoses, screws, mounts should fit without issues right?

I just need to get my car running! lol...Water pump, timing belt, etc can be changed at 200,000km service next year.
I knew when I bought this car that I would have to fix things myself, but it's good. It's my first turbo car and i'm always learning new things.
Asgaard,
Here are some photos of the Calsonic, not sure if that's the part number. Let me know if you need anything else.

With the engine off, there's no current...it maybe shows 0.01v for a sec then goes back to 0.00v
I turned the engine, radio, low beams on and heater to 32 degrees...It stays on 0.06-0.07 volts.
Can I possibly do anything to bring it closer to zero?
I haven't received my alloy radiator yet..Will have to wait until 5pm or so which I assume is the last business hour. (Fastway couriers).

Make sure you earth the new radiator with the method I mentioned the other week and with the new coolant. The reading should be below 0.05 volts or 50mV.
If it's not, Check the simple things like your ground wires for the engine and or battery.
Another simple test is: With the ignition on and NO accessories (AC, Radio, Interior light) ect on. Get somebody to turn things on and off while you still have the positive probe in the radiator and have the negative probe on a good earth. It could be something as simple as a bad earth.
Good luck!

The radiator is sitting on the rubber mounts. Do I still need to buy an earth cable?
I didnt use tap water. I used nulon coolant with demineralised water. I'm pretty sure the mix is close to 50/50, maybe 45/55 coolant/water or so...

Tested without the engine running and all electrics on.

-0.03v.
Negative stray current. So what does that mean?
