yeah, the airport scene has to be shot early morning.

That ties in well with the story, coz most of these kinds of movies start off at dawn when they hit the road... would be good if there was some haze too, but meh... lol... Grand Theft Auto San Andreas style..

Hey guys, good to see this is all taking off! I do just want to say that we need to remember that this is a SubyCLub cruise and not a short film festival so can’t let this distract from what we’re actually there for. There are going to be a lot of people who are there and have no idea what this project is all about etc. We also can’t let it disrupt the planned itinerary and schedule for the day as we all know on cruises and events, there is never enough time. We also have Downshift covering the event and a professional videographer coming to cover the event and make an official video of the day so we need to get the day right first and foremost.

I’d also suggest that like with a real movie, it might be worth considering only filming the scenes that need all the cruise cars etc in them and then filming the other parts when time isn’t so pressing etc. Just a thought

Yup, also agreed. It still is primarily a SC cruise, and I don't want the focus to be taken away from that. Aek, who is the professional videographer coming?

Okay, so I had a play around with some of Petes ideas, and changed a bit up. I've deleted Peats Ridge completely, as timeframes will not allow for it.

Thoughts?

Scene 1
AIRPORT SCENE

Black Screen – Phone Call.

Nik: I just landed...have you got him?
Vics: Yes, do you have the Briefcase?
Nk: I do...
Vics: Good, we'll meet you at the spot...don't be late.
Nk: I won't be...

Fade open. Shot shows Nik standing behind a Subaru.
Nik turns to second man standing with him (Camera follows Niks gaze, to reveal second person)

Nk : Mate, They have him...you sure this will work?
Me: If it's the right briefcase it will...As long as he still has a pulse.
Nk: I still think we should have just had them cut his arm off...
Me: Trust me...we need him alive.
Nk: And his buddies??? What about them?
Me: I have a plan...(Looks at Subaru – Camera follows)
Nk: You are f'ing crazy man...it won't work, no way to blend in with them.
Me: Relax. We'll make it..
Nk: The other item is still there? You're positive on this?
Me: It's been there every other year...we'll soon find out.
Nk: This heavy arse briefcase better be worth it...

Nik puts the briefcase in the back of the Subaru, and both men get into the car and drive off


Scene 2
Toll Gates
Camera inside of boot shows boot opening, and briefcase being taken out. Focus on briefcase, and human blurred in background. Boot shuts. Black screen.

Camera switches to outside view, of Nik removing briefcase. Crane pans and tilts out to show 2 wagons flanking car briefcase being removed from. Subarus parked around car and bodyguards with NERF guns walking alongside Nik.

GoPro footage Attached to Niks wrist showing briefcase being moved from one boot to another. Walking through crowd of people looking at Nik and bodyguards toward second car. Second car has man standing near boot.

<dialogue between Nik and Car 2 driver (Car 2 driver scruffy looking, loud, gives zero fucks attitude>

Boot opens, and Aek jumps out and runs. Car2 Driver screams at henchmen to get him (Camera close up of car2 driver yelling “Get him!”) Sit on boot of wagon, and drive forward slowly as Aek chases camera, showing 2 bodyguards chasing behind. . Crash tackled by 2 of Car2 drivers henchmen, put on stomach on ground, (Camera on ground on slider, pan from left to right as being duct taped on mouth, and cable tied hands behind back) bound with cable ties and duct tape, and put back in boot of car.(Camera 1 inside boot of car)


Car2 guy points a gun at Nik, and smirks. "Don't try anything stupid mate..."
Nik "Oh, I think you've already got enough stupidity for the both of us, mate"


Cut to scene of Aek struggling in a Sedan trunk...he manages to pull something out his pocket. You hear the car start (a loud Boxer rumble) Give a few blips of the throttle, then drive away... (Camera switches to outside of vehicle)...shows Subaru pulling away...focuses on the ground where the Subaru left from, revealing a note/key/item

Nik picks up the item. Smiles. “Smart man. We have to find him. He holds the key. Lucky, we brought some friends (Camera shot of all the Subaru’s. Rolling footage, etc) “Car2 driver is as good as done, that lying prick” –Insinuating that Car2 driver got the briefcase, but didn’t release Aek as was part of the deal-


Scene 4:
Hunter Valley

Cut to Car “chase” with Aek (5-10 cars in chase, filmed from back of wagon shooting back. Focus on Aeks car, and rest of cars behind him swerving trying to get in front of him to stop him. Eventually a car blocks the way, and Aek has to stop. Gets out, runs, but gets caught again. Briefcase is confiscated, and taken back to original Car2 guy. At this stage, Nik arrives, and Car2 guy is forced to release Aek. Car2 guy drives off.

Aek smiles, and produces a second briefcase.
Nik laughs, and beer is had for all.

Thought it was a simple thing of Aek trying to steal the case from Nik, so now he is part of a deal?

Car2 man, what does he want, the case Nik has or Aek, and does he have his own case for money maybe? SO is Aek a double agent?

I'm not following the story too much anymore... any chance you could simplify it for me into like just a paragraph about what is happening and who is what? Lol!

Well its either that, or when Aek runs off with case and gets recaptured, Nik and Car2 guy are just having a stare off... henchman gives case to Car2 guy, Aek is back in the boot, and Car2 guy gives Nik an evil smile, takes a step back and just drives off, all the while Nik is just standing there doing nothing... I think the gun pointed at Nik would be an easier sell...
