That is tidy.
You got me motivated today to clean the splitter from my replacement bonnet while the bonnet is in for paint. Stripped the paint but just redoing in satin black.

Very nice man. It's all the small things that count. You've got a very nice engine bay to say the least Boss.
Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille
Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.

300 K and still cranking out the wasps, she's running so good ATM. 5K servicing certainly pays off.
I can be completely honest here as I have no intention of selling this car..... I thrash the jebus out of this thing, Constantly!
Limiter bashing and 7.5k rpm changes are a regular occurrence and it laps it up and is ready for more, every time.
Some major work is needed now though. There's nothing wrong with the engine besides the usual oil leaks but the + 300K reliability is a concern for me.
So it's decision time!
Timing belt, water pump, rocker cover gaskets, rear main seal, new turbos & the rest will set me back a few dollars..... so it's not going to happen.
Especially on an engine with that many K's.
The hunt begins for a front cut.
I've decided to stick with the TT set up as it's what I know and I have a strong desire to shove it up arse of all the haters. I gained some respect finally at the SC Xmas party cruise by showing the single boys how well a good TT set up runs. I received many compliments on how powerful WhiteKong is. Many surprised people watched the car's tail lights get smaller and smaller....
So here's what's next......
WhiteKong is getting garaged.
A complete rebuild, AGAIN!
I've given myself roughly 6 months to complete this and in that time there most likely will be a colour change involved. I'm undecided on which colour but mark my words.... it will be unique.
My goal is to have it all sorted out by HVC 2015.
A lot of things will be freshened up and many new parts will be added to the long list of Mods.
No expense will be spared.
I want this car to be mint. It will be changed from an expensive daily driven, stone chip collector to a garaged weekender toy.
First thing is first.... I need a new daily.
Enter BLUEKONG.
My cousin has a blue Rev D RX2.5 that's been sitting in his yard ever since he bought his Forester. It was an easy decision to buy this car. Completely stock besides the Whiteline rear sway bar and half decent aftermarket stereo.
It has 240K on the motor but he spent over $4k on the thing getting the head gaskets done along with the timing belt/water pump major service and new clutch. It has reasonably fresh RE002 tyres on it also.
He let me have it for peanuts!
I'll be swapping a few interior parts into Whitekong and choosing the best bits from the 2 cars to complete the rebuild.
Bluekong will be upgraded with Bilstien struts, Tein springs, B4 front callipers, vented rear discs and some Whiteline bushy goodness. My 17" Gen4 rims will also be added to the mix.
It needs a forking good detail but I'm absolutely confident the end result will be impressive.
I'm not going to go crazy on the RX. Just a few responsible legal mods to enhance what it already is and I have accumulated a fair bit of B4 & Gen3 parts from all my previous shenanigans. No point having those parts going to waste just sitting in the shed
This is going to be fun!
