ill have to heck for the cooler mate , i have some GTb doors, but not sure how to ID if the mirror is heated or not?

thanks, Ben.

Got the Cooler Sorted now thanks for checking though..

GTB doors.. easy to check, 2 plugs on the mirrors or single..

2 plug means heated and folding.

otherwise its just the normal 1 plug for folding and power..

Hey Ben, how are you going mate? I've sent you a private message but I'm not sure whether it's getting through to you or not so I thought I'd make a post in here for you to refer to.

What days are you free from now until the 6th of January? I'm due for a service and want to get it done as soon as possible. There are a number of other issues and things I want to get done as well but that will have to wait until I return from Thailand, I just thought it'd be good to give you some notice and possibly to grab a few prices off you just so I can get myself sorted financially. Everything I need done that comes to mind will be listed below for quick reference:

  • General service (this to be done as soon as possible, the rest of the list to be done after I get back from Thailand on the 26th of January)
  • Front timing cover needs reseal
  • Front crank seal weeping oil
  • Rocker cover gasket RH side weeping oil (recommend both sides replaced)
  • Oil cooler O-ring weeping oil
  • The sound I was getting before is still evident even after replacing both front wheel hubs. Here is a description I wrote about earlier to refresh the memory: Whenever I hit about 80 km/h and am steering left, I get a shuddering/vibrating noise (without the physical feeling of vibrating) coming from the front of the vehicle. I'm pretty sure it is coming from the driver's side front wheel but cannot confirm exactly. If I am going 100 km/h+, the noise is there even when going dead straight. I have NO clue what it is and after quickly looking under my car I can't seem to find anything that might be causing the noise. I'm guessing it's a CV joint or my front diff.
  • Front left strut seems to be making noise; I hit a massive pothole a couple of weeks ago and that's when I started hearing it
  • Brake discs replaced with the ones you mentioned
  • Installation of my Hawk Performance Ceramics brake pads

My VIN number is: JF1BPEKU56G041385

I think that's it. If you could give me a price on everything that would be perfect man and would be able to give me time to get myself sorted financially as mentioned. I hope to hear from you soon mate.

That's alright man. Your inbox must be full or something as I've tried sending it a few times now. I've just edited the above post with my VIN number so feel free to refer to it to get all the pricing. If you don't wish to post it up publicly then just shoot me a private message with all the repairs and their cost. That way I can get myself sorted financially and we can go from there.

No worries. Hopefully you can get me in before the 13th of January as that is the day I'll be leaving for Thailand and won't have anyone to come get the car off you (all my best mates are coming on the trip with me).

Thanks for the prompt reply Ben.

Do you have any kartboy gearshift bushes for 5 speed manual?

If not how long do they take to come in?

(I sent you a pm, but I don't think it worked)

When you've got Bug Sti head lights in stock, how much do they go for?
