Haha... I have had too many interviews to be honest... LOL! Just be confident and sure of yourself(not full of yourself).... they tend to like that, and since it is a phone interview, they will go more on your tone, how sure you are of yourself and how confident you are when answering them... You'll definitely be fine...

like said, confidence is the key, phone interviews arent normally in too much detail, more broad and general questions (at least the ones ive done). as long as you speak with confidence and sound sure of yourself and your answers they will be impressed

Its a sale support/training position. So basically go around phone stores and educate staff on new products/merchandising.

Haha... try.... it is kind of easier since you are not face to face with them... and speak clearly... guessing these are the kinds of things they would want to know for such a position, like can you speak clearly, do you have a good tone to your voice, are you confident or can you sound like someone who demands attention when he speaks... just guessing though...
