Mine wont be that bad to service.

A360 air filter $8

A436 Oil Filter $10
5L of 5W30 $~40?

Spark Plugs $100ish?

I also need to get a Double Din head unit, but the factory one is gay built in shit.

Might try and dremel it, instead of forking out $400 of a fascia

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Yep. Got an app. Been doing it since then. Commitment, EH!

Are you doing platinum or just normal plugs, Shaz? I've gone back to normal ones for now. ICHIben Said he doesn't like platinum!

Normal for sure.

Platinum / Iridium is a gimmick for posers and stancefags.

$8 vs $25 ftw.

I don't see his aversion to platinum plugs? seems odd.

Normal for sure.

I don't see why, you put them in and you have to change them less = win.

I thought so too. He said he's had problems with em. I guess thats enough for him to not want to use them. I hadn't had any problems, and I was simply troubleshooting.

but $16 for 4 vs $125 for 4.... obviously platinums last longer.

Yeah fair enough, I have no idea what experiences he has had with them personally, must be something if he has come to that conclusion!

As far as I can say or Dad (using them in the work shop when customers request) have never had an issue with them... so yeah, no idea!

I don't mind changing them more often, and I still think they are a gimmick. I've run both in my previous cars, and normal have always been better in my opinion.

Yeah, Elna isn't really the heaps sensitive type! She would just smack your in head if you said something she didn't like and carry on as if nothing had happened :P

Fair enough, I might have to do an experiment and see what happens :P next plug change though cos ultra lazy.

I haven't done the plugs on a V6 Nissan, but I'm sure it will be eleventybillion times easier then a URABUS

Yeah, see how you go man. In my Soarer, I tried Platinum, Iridium and Standard, all gapped to the same, and found that the standard ones blew out less, and carbonised far less often.

Hahaha yeah - that is winning! I would rather them say up front and get the anger out all at once than stew on it and carry on like some snide cold bitch for the next few hours.

I have.

Well, half wifed. She has a ring, so she is practically my property now.
