It's kind of a shitty cycle. And the office workers get tarred with the same brush as the Workshop workers.

 

But the boss doesn't show the blokes in the shop any respect really. Most of them (if not all) hate him. So they don't show him respect and do the job, but do it to the minimum possible quality. He sees this and thinks, fork these blokes, they don't show me respect so I'm not showing them respect.

 

Then theres the bitch Accountant that im sure he is shagging, who is constantly in his ear about how shit they all are, and makes a huge deal about everything (I'm waiting to be talked to about being "late" most days)
