Once stock BOV is out, connect hose from the boost control solenoid directly into the intake air pipe...use the plastic coupler shown in my first pic. Don't reuse the pill.

Then intake manifold hose goes straight to the blow off valve, again, no pill to be used.

With the recirculate GFB mach 2, it doesn't flutter, at low rpm/throttle it does make a very quick, odd sounding wind noise, if you know what i mean. I think with more throttle and over ~7psi, it does make a slight hiss noise... Which is fine with me. :)

Where can i get a new recirculate hose? Or does subaru charge a reasonable price for one? Haven't called them yet...

Thanks migoreng do you have more close ups of the way youve done the hoses, iv got a hose going from manifold to bov then iv just blocked the hose that normally tees off the manifold to bov hose, iv got a gtb bh5 and dont know if iv done it right, what do i do with hoses 10 and 23 coming from passenger side wheel arch going to primary turbo. Sorry im new to this twin turbo system and the gtb bh5 seems to have a slightly confusing vac setup lol.
Cheers

Sounds like you have done it right.

The hose I'm holding that has the pill in it is simply taken out of the equation. As you can see, I've removed mine but If you don't have new hoses just stop the flow of that hose by blocking it up.... and done.

Hi Jason, I'm good mate.  Not sure about the hose, maybe some random radiator hose would fit but you'd have to go digging at your local parts shop for one similar in shape & diameter

Not sure how many pics you need. In the end this is what i did..

Light blue basically goes from Intake manifold to bov. No pills required from the factory hose you remove... I used a brass coupler so the hose doesn't bend too much. The bov will get full intake manifold pressure so it stays shut. You'll want to make sure thrle bov stays almost shut at idle. For me doenst matter as ive got a recirculate bov.

In this 2nd pic. Dark blue from fender goes directly into intake air pipe (pre turbo pipe).

Don't touch the existing red hose and pill that go down to the primary turbo.

Hope it makes sense.

Google YouTube videos of how to set the spring of a GFB vent to atmosphere bov.

Any chance there is a way to have the vent trumpet facing up instead of into the engine, is there a silicone hose that i could use so i can turn the bov upside down or is there another way around this or is the vent trumpet facing down the only way.
Cheers
Jono
