This is going to sound like a stupid question, but remember, I am Mexican....Soooo, where in relation to Newcastle do you live at the moment?
It's a 190-200km round trip to work and home everyday from St.Huberts.
I just can't do it any more. Sam only works like 30 hours a week, In the middle of the day. I work 50 or so, Starting early and finishing late. So tired.
Just need to find somewhere closer for me without making it a big trip for her, I'm thinking Caves Beach/Swansea at the moment.

im guessing requirements would include a large double garage for said house

Dude, fabrication is the best therapy 
I am dead-set hooked. Got the gas hooked up and sorted Yesterday and it's a whole new level of awesome again.
So much less mess and clean up...plus my welds are looking like a little row of coins now...stoked
