Iron Man or Olympus?

I know you blokes are into movies. It's the only one I'll watch this month.

Also, best laptop for $800?

I've been lost in YouTube for the past hour. I hate when this happens.

But it's so awesome!

Iron man all the way.

What laptops have you looked at?

Olympus has some pretty good ongoing action. I'd go that one, then Iron Man, Iron Man 2 and Iron Man 3. ;)

That good? And about laptops, I seriously haven't looked into them for years since owning my last one. May be speak to Ash about it? He seems to be a pretty good techie from working at JB.

I've just been released from the clutches of YouTube.

I downloaded Olympus a few weeks back. Still haven't watched it yet. I do want to see white house down, sometime soon.

It's not bad. I rate it, but only because I like the gore-type action movies. And Gerard Butler is a good actor.

We are talking about Olympus Has Fallen right?

I've downloaded a few movies recently as well. Might watch one tonight once I get off the net actually... I'll watch one that my girlfriend isn't particularly fond of (and it's not porn).

Maybe I need to sit down and watch this movie. I haven't watched it yet because I saw bad reviews.

I haven't looked at any laptops, I am using a $700 ASUS touchscreen right now, and I'm pretty fuckin impressed with what I can get for seven hunge.

Not bad. I've thought about getting a laptop again but I think tablets are the way to go nowadays... My iMac is doing me just fine at the moment.

What happened to the usual computer you used to use Nik?

Personally, I reckon it was alright. Not bad at all. But I'm a sucker for action so as long as it has blood, guns, and full-on action, I'll rate it. :P

I love being able to take it into the kitchen with recipes and shit

then over here to the lounge to shoot the shit while watching tv.

I was thinking before about switching to a laptop for my main pc. After being forced to with the desktop dying I will not be making that switch. Need much bigger internal hard drives for downloading stuff.

+1. Sucks that having a laptop really lowers the ability to easily upgrade or modify the internals, especially hard drives.

I'm glad to have recommended it. :P

Let me know what you think. I'll try and stick around for as many hours as I can considering tomorrow I have an RDO.

I get ya. Might be a good option then. For what you pay for in a laptop, you can buy a desktop computer that shits on it in hardware and performance. That is the best thing about a laptop though; what you lose in hardware you gain in manoeuvrability.

What is the difference (you don't have to go in depth) between a notebook and a laptop?

I don't save fork all files on my computer. I just want to email and internet and when on holidays watch DVD's.

Nothing. It is a preference on words. Notebook = laptop, vice versa.

Then you definitely won't have to spend anything in excess of about $500 man. So long as it's got enough grunt to run the movies and power the programs you use, you won't really need anything hardcore. My most recent laptop was an ASUS. Awesome machine. Received it from my parents for my birthday and I adored it till the day I got my iMac. I wonder where it is actually... If I find it and it still works you can have it for free Nik.

I have always had ASUS machines.

I heard they were an Australian company that buys components from OS and then builds them here? That's why I started buying them. The one I'm using is what I got for mum. I can't believe it's touch screen.

Rebels are on their way here, over 1200 this year. Great.

Hopefully they don't stop in Margs too long this year.

The dialogue just made a massive downward turn in this movie.....

Never heard that, hmmmm might look into that, but I don't believe they are an Aus company.

They are from Taiwan.

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

I should just convert to single, right?

Haha, I'll be a bit embarrassed if they aren't.... it's literally my whole reason for buying them for the last 8 years.
