Considering I have to deal with all those companies day in and day out, not one of them is a stand out in customer support, maintenance, etc, teams/departments, they are all as bad as each other

You're honestly the first person Sam. No word of a lie. Apparently their customer support, maintenance, etc, teams/departments are completely shit. And if you even TRY to make a fix yourself, or change your hard disk for example, it will void the warranty and they won't look at it twice.

 

May be they've changed, I don't know.

 

They have great customer service. Easy to deal with. They fixed my old laptop out of warranty. Technician came to my house and did everything on the spot. I'd upgraded the ram on it myself as well, no issues.

Yeah...........Its a good laptop, Beats audio would not be the reason I buy it, or anything Beats to be honest.

 

I actually like the beats audio on the HP's. Thought it was pretty good when I was selling them a couple of years ago.

I've always owned dells before my current samsung laptop. It looks nice, but it's a piece of shit. Should have stuck with the dells!

I think it may just about be time for me to hit Sack the sack. My eyes are drooping more and more. Not out of boredom Nik, but today was a massive day of concreting and I was in the sun for the whole time. Well, apart from our 30 minute lunch break.
