It was ANZ http://www.anz.com/p...-13-acq-0for9bt its a $30 annual fee, The only other one on offer at the time was HSBC and they screwed us around last time so I'm trying to avoid them.

What happened with HSBC Adam?

We over paid on the last bill and wanted to close the account and get money back. Took 3 months and many many phone calls to get a cheque. And then finally Rach managed to get them to just EFT the money over.
