I think he means the quality of the movie content, not the video quality.

This is a great idea!

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?

I think it has plenty of decent content, brand new movies is really the only thing it's missing.

In saying that - who in their right forking mind would buy Foxtel???????

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

Nope, the stream quality. There is only HD on and HD off. Even when HD is playing it's not great.

On a TV it may be ok, but on the projector it's rough. Bluray is better.

Well over priced, and more ads than free to air, no, thank you

Oh.

The bandwidth check almost never gives me HD and I have decent internet at home. Why the hell they don't offer it natively in Australia I don't know, there is more than enough market here to make it worth their money.

Hulu on the other hand, almost always streams in HD for me...not sure why.

Foxtel = ~$90/month (for decent package) and not on demand.
Netflix/Hulu = $8/month.

What the hell.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

And that is why they don't want the likes of Netflix and Hulu in Australia, they would rather people fork out the money for piss poor content.

yeah Zac, they're not that expensive. $1800 buys you a nice 1080p one. It's hard to go back to watching on a telly.

The only downside is you gotta have a dark room or only watch at night.

It must be to do with the speed of the Hola proxy.

My netflix always starts in SD then switches over to HD after a few minutes once it buffers.

Best $8 per month ever spent though.

Nice man... but I don't have either.. no dark room or $1800 to spend on a projector.. LOL! but good to know, if I ever get the change to convert my garage into a man cave.. it is nice and dark in there and nice clear walls to project on.. :)

I use mediahint (inside Chrome) I wonder if using Hola lets me get HD more often?

Might try that tonight.

There's a Netflix app for Windows 8. If only that would work natively in Australia.
