Hey guys
So I'm having an odd thing happening with my Lib, so when I'm coming to change gear, let go of accelerator to get onto clutch but say i was sitting at just 3000 rpm it keeps accelerating till half of the 3000 rev range and then comes down
Is this a common problem or is something wrong??

Are you traveling downhill during this?

I have experienced problems in my auto Gen3 when going down a steep descent, I've put it into 3rd and although the speed doesn't increase much, the accelerator pedal feels like it's going faster, and I can feel vibrations through my feet.

Doesn't feel healthy.

I've noticed this too...it's just the auto keeping the revs up according to the speed you are traveling etc....

try with the AC off.. bet it doesnt do it ;)

if it doesnt.. check the vac line off the back of the fuel pressure reg on the drivers side rail..

mine did exactly this and it was the line was cracked where it joins to the mainfold.

fixed this and tadaaa all ok

do the revs drop as soon as you touch the brake pedal

even out of gear?

because mine would do that.. which is another sign its a vac line issue.
