Whose currently on Boost Mobile? Because as of next month you will be knocked down to 2gb of data instead of 3gb.

It sucks but I'm not moving back to Optus over 1GB less data. Telstra is still the best network in this country.

Same reason they offer shitty internet plans.

They own the copper and majority of the phone infrastructure in Australia. Why should you offer things cheap when there is no competition for users to go to?

They will suck you in, then eventually they will change the offerings, hence the change to 2gb next month, then hopefully get you onto an actual Telstra contract.
