I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

Battering a snapper seems a bit of a waste......
Yeah, but I get it without paying for a fishing charter, so zero fucks are given. This stopped being about you when you said you won't fillet it.

So many fulls.
Roast turkey (in the weber) plus two extra drum sticks
Roast mixed vegies (I scored two bits of roast garlic!!)
Roasted beetroot with feta
Roasted tomatoes
Steamed snow peas
Macadamia pie
Chocolate cake and coffee
1 bottle of WA Pinot
1.5 bottles of bubbly
.5 bottle of cab merlot
Plus a handful of Fat Yak pale
Bloody weber takes some getting used to. Ended up chucking the turkey in the oven to get it cranking before putting it back in the weber.
I would appear that the heat beads need about 2hrs to get to full temp.

WTF.
The item I missed on eBay three days ago went for $15.
The exact same thing I was bidding on just now went for $54.
How the fork does that work?

Turkey is always cooked poorly in Australia, that sounds fantastic, Hoony. I would definitely be all over that.
What Weber do you have?

The conversation just forked off, I was just wondering if anyone had a recipe. I will be using Halibut.
Dad said he's had a hankering for f'n'chips - so I thought, fork it, I'll make it tomorrow night.

Good to hear! yeah good fish and chips goes down well.
One of Dad's mates owns a prawn trawler here, was having beers with him last night and he mentioned I could go out on the boat prawning whenever I wanted.. I reckon that could be pretty cool.

What Weber do you have?
Yeah, too often it's dry and has no flavour but this was good.
Not sure on the Weber as we pulled it off a hard rubbish!
Its smaller than the normal ones and the lid is flatter so I had to mod the grate to sit lower so the lid wouldn't hit the roast.
The diameter is about 450mm I think.
