Welcome to SubyClub mate, you've already settled in quite easily which is awesome. :)

The Outback looks to be a good buy and your other cars, wow. Very nice indeed. Keen to see how you go with your planned mods for the Outback though. This forum is an awesome resource for it and there is nothing you won't find. Quite a few of the boys here have lowered their Outbacks so you'll never be left with no answers.

Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille

Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.

I thought I recognised the user name...... Welcome.

Been looking through your wagon build over on Ozdat. I was seriously contemplating buying Des's one for a cruiser.

Glad I sold my BBS LM's now. Cant have the same as another Vic member. :sarcastic: Reversing them makes them +32. ;)

Welcome!

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

Well I'm back from my little overseas work trip and keen to start turning some spanners soon. Should pick up the car this weekend, currently looking for a cost-effective way of bringing it down to Liberty height. Considering B4 Bilsteins (found a set for $250 delivered with no springs), maybe aftermarket coil-overs but don't want super high spring-rates and don't want to spend a whole lot. Just looking for second hand gear ATM.

Also happen to have access to these bits from a Gen-2 Liberty that my mate wrecked - I'm not sure if these parts are compatible/what I need and I doubt he has the bolts anywhere haha, but they are free!

Thanks for the help so far guys.

Are the front sunroofs supposed to open on GEN3's? The dealer was going to get an auto elec to look at the sunroof, but said he found out the front one is just static, and the rear slides. I know the GEN4's aren't like that.

This is why I never pay people to work on my forking car lol. I just thought because it was a new car, it would be easy for some professional to have a crack at it. Could someone just confirm with absolute certainty that this model of Outback never came with a fixed front sunroof? I was pretty sure they popped, and it seems like the dealer is taking me for a ride because he doesn't wanna fork out some cash for the repair of this thing. If I already owned the car, I'd have no hesitation in doing it, but I negotiated this in part of the sale so I'm not stoked if what you're saying is correct.

After a month, I actually picked this up tonight with a roadworthy done and the sunroof sorted.

Looks completely aids with the BBS wheels, low profile tyres and mega high stance. Will have to put the standard wheels back on for a while until the height is under control.

In other news... seems good. Orange light with an engine icon comes on and off intermittently, car is too quiet, I'm scared of heights etc. Probably could do with a wheel alignment once it's lowered a bit too.

So, did you make them fix the sunroof or did you have to do it yourself?

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?
