It's the charge speed 06' wrx lip! 
Was a risky buy, but glad I did haha, unfortunately it got ripped off along with that front bar, car was too low exiting the shops so old bar is on atm needs work :(

I like it too. If there was a way of it lasting a lot longer than it does without discolouring, I'd consider doing it to my car.
