Nah, I'll be relinquishing hold on one of my smaller branches, and taking over a bigger branch. So will still be 2 branches, just 2 large branches, more staff, more lenders + a business banker and a financial planner.
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,

I wish we got ours for the asking price. The way it works up here at the moment = they put a price on their house and they expect $20k more.

Dude, just come around one weekend.
Just put aside like maybe 5-6 hours before you drive home, especially if its the first time.

We were the first people to call & look at it. Apparently the guy that made an offer, is an investor from Newcastle. Hasn't even looked at it. Our agent is a good bloke. I've known him for years.

Holy crap! When I got my place 2 years ago, I got it for 13k under the asking price
