We were the first people to call & look at it. Apparently the guy that made an offer, is an investor from Newcastle. Hasn't even looked at it. Our agent is a good bloke. I've known him for years.
Yeah that sucks!
Bloody investors. That's what's happening alot here too. Sydney investors see it online and offer the asking before even looking.
I'm actually surprised we didn't have a bigger 'war' with ours!

Very sure I was doing front wheel spins in the Lancer after about 2 minutes of getting into it yesterday. Unintentional of course, as just trying to get used to the car, but very sure I freaked out some guy crossing the road infront of me after the light went green for me
