Cheers guys.

What do you clean the vinyl material with on the door cards Mark? Or are they just that clean from when you bought it?  :sarcastic:

I just hit it with Meguiars or Armorall interior trim stuff once a month.

On another note, after doing a fluid change in the auto, the centre diff is binding badly on tight turns. Bloody auto's.

Ill look into it when I get back in 3 weeks.

Hahah since i mentioned it, you've been waking up at 3am in a sweat telling yourself you have to replace the door controls, haven't you!

As always, it's great to see your progress! Speaking of the door controls, it seems like such a bummer to me they didn't illuminate the controls. Even the driver's window switch usually has a light, but these don't :(

Is that a tear in the door vinyl to the left of the L/R switch? From some heavy handed person with a screwdriver prying the switch panel out?

And I thought you had standards mark?

LOL

The issue here would be finding a better set than what he has. I suspect he is searching as we speak. :P

We both know Mark, if he finds one, he'll do it.   :)

YAY! Centre diff issue sorted. Happy times.

Probably my favourite rims to date out of all Ive had.

ADVAN RS with optional centre caps and Muteki SR35 lock nut set.

Holiday was great. Goodies consisted of clothes and shoes.

Regards the gear selector, I trust you know how to remove the centre console trim?

Remove the shifter knob - two small phillips head screws in the front.

The shifter cover is just clipped on at the 4 corners. Its tricky as you have to prise one tab out and hold it out while you do the same to the opposite one. After this it comes away.

Unplug the light and the the gear indication is plastic welded in. I very lightly drilled these out so it would locate back there and glue into place after paint.

The chrome was a bugger to remove, ended up sandblasting it off and sanding the plastic smooth prior to paint.

Hope that helps.
