Really dont know why, but I just bought this........ '08 tb STi wagon. Auto, Sat Nav, honeycomb grill.

Clean it up a bit and sell it.. Not selling the Legacy.

No.

'06 and '07 had the round face spokes, '08 and '09 had the flat face spokes as above.

Those rims are so much nicer. Had the same ones my Liberty GT in the dark charcoal colour. Nice touch that it has the honeycomb grille too. Interesting that the Brembo's appear to be black aswell.

Subscribed.

Useless info.......

From '08 onwards all STi models in the Subaru range had black Brembo's with white decals. Only the Spec C got gold but it was a darker hue than the '02 - '08 STi Brembo's.

So the black Brembo's above are oem.

Nice pick up Mark.

I can see this car getting a whole lot cleaner!

The MY08 wheel/brake package is by far the best looking IMO.

I was planning on silver with black decals for my brakes, but black/silver might be the go.

Is this the one that was for auction?

 Grays? Yes.

So I picked it up today. A little rougher than I expected, but all cosmetic. I showed my mate and he reckons its not bad.... different standards I guess.

Good points...

100% unmolested as it came from Subaru

Drives sensationally, really tight and smooth

Sat Nav

Honey comb grill

Aux input

Service history

Full mat set

Bad points....

Hole in drivers side carpet

Drivers door trim needs replacing

Centre console lid needs replacing

Interior needs detail

Exterior needs detail (never been polished in its life it looks like)

Steering wheel top wear

Needs PDR

Needs front bar

LHS foglight cracked.

Lip cracked

All purely cosmetic and easily fixed.

Pics make it look good.

Very nice. And only the 8th tbSTi. I can't wait to see the progression mate. New build topic coming up?

Honestly its killing me all the little things that need addressing. Hate black cars....

Luckily I have someone keen who has already seen the car and is taking it for a drive Sunday.
Fingers crossed.
