Would you relocate?

I think it has potential.


BUT. It's in the middle if nowhere and kinda far from the snow. Which would be the main attraction.

I would move to an area similar to this for relocation. I would NOT move to a city/suburban lifestyle - I'd mess up within a week.

45 mins from the snow, I wouldn't say far. It is basically where I normally stay when I head up to the snow.

I would move to an area similar to this for relocation. I would NOT move to a city/suburban lifestyle - I'd mess up within a week.

Move to Sydney and you can just drink with me. Won't get into too much trouble there :)

But it isn't convenient.

I would much prefer to make a go of it on alpine way.

A) can cop some snow (marketing)
B ) on the way home for snow goers
C) main road
D would be good for drop ins in summer.

But. You are looking at 7-800k for a block there

NSW would be a better state if you came East Nik :)

 

Adam, seriously consider this...setting up a business exactly where you want to play is nearly madness, as you'll have to work your tits off the whole time it's snow season to make ends meet. Nearly better off by the coast...make your money in Summer.

Yeah that is a good point Radam, the Dalgaty place is def out of the way, need to make a bit of an effort to specifically go there.

My cousin is looking at cheap blocks we can buy somewhere up there so that we can camp on it/put a small cabin on it for when we head up there, save having to book a hotel each time.
Probably not going to happen this season.
