Unfortunately, Will mate...if you bought a B4/Subaru to be reliable, quiet and trouble-free - i'm afraid you picked the wrong car/model. Just enjoy it while it drives and worry about it when it breaks. Keep up the servicing/maintenance and enjoy it while it lasts. Definately mention the noise at your next service.

Hmm I beg to differ, it never once not started on me, obviously apart from the brant issues which are all solved now, and never once left me stranded.. Even with a blown box, it got me home. Kosti is running 22psi all day everyday and he canes hell into it, for like 2 years now!

lol, more realisticly Kosti runs 22psi for a few seconds each day while belting out onto the motorway. For the rest of the day its pulling a vacume at idle .

Hey guys, I just noticed recently, whats with subaru's weired speaker setup ? 7 speakers 4 at the front 2 at the back and 1 6x9" at the back top ?

yeah man, two in the front door, tweaters above that then there are two in the rear doors an amp under the seat and a mini sub in the parcel shelf .

Sometimes a six stacker under the passenger seat if the option box was ticked.

Hey Guys, Does anyone notice these speakers are really off balance? Left is completely off the charts while right is abysmal ? I was trying to find a setting to correct ti but... : /

LOL!! the volume know man, it pulls out for some adjustment, then the other knob behind the volume one controls the other balance or fade (cant remember which way around it is)
