You will take Kfc and a used toilet brush?
I don't much like using the toilet brush, it's a bit rough, I normally opt for paper.

If the price was low enough, like Lancer low, I'd buy wob's car and use it as a station car ![]()
Fingers crossed I get a call from Bankwest today.
I have a second interview tomorrow with Suncorp.

Did you fuck up your first ZigZac? Don't bring out your dick until your 10mins in and everyone seems comfortable.

When they offer you a glass of water, make sure you overfill your glass, and when they ask why, tell them you always give 110%
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.

Haha, ask them if the water is free, and if it is ask them why they haven't thought about introducing a small water fee, which can be waived upon the purchase of a larger more expensive water product. Close the interview with jazz hands.

"If you're going to buy the water, then you're gunna LOVE this cup I conveniently have for sale..."

Haha great advice, I like that overfilling the glass thing.
Nah I like the role, it sounds great, and suncorp sound like a good place to work, with real work/life balance.
Online reviews of employees and ex-employees supports this claim.
See how it goes. This will be the technical interview with an SME, and if all goes well, offer.
But in the meantime, fingers crossed for you Shazman.

Hey ZigZac, my Mum was at Suncorp for quite a while, they seemed cool, and obviously you can move to Brissy with them. They also own GIO, I think they still do at least.

Suncorp is the parent company of insurance company GIO, which is mainly used as a general insurance company representing Suncorp outside Queensland, offering similar products to the Suncorp branded insurance product in Queensland.
Suncorp also owns the AAMI, Apia, Just Car Insurance, Shannons, InsureMyRide, Vero, Terri Scheer, Bingle, CIL, Asteron and Tyndall insurance brands in Australia, and Vero, Asteron, Guardian Trust, Tyndall, Vero Liability, AA Insurance, SIS, CMV/AXIOM and Autosure brands in New Zealand. These assets were acquired with the Promina Group in 2007.
That being said, doesn't mean all those companies are the same, they still operate independently of one another.

Yep. Its like Bankwest being owned by CBA, or St George being owned by Westpac, etc.

my diff bushes finally arrived. about fucking time.

I'm waiting on a watch I bought in June. It came to Australia on June 18th and Customs have had it since then. They sent me a letter to ask me what it was and to confirm I'd ordered it. I had to call them up the other day, it was painful, I just told them that I don't give a shit about the watch anymore, just give me the coke and I'll be on my way.
But seriously, what the fuck are they doing with it?

Good to hear man. An agent I know also said his mum worked at Suncorp for a long time, and yeah they seem like a cool place, so I'm quite keen on it.
They also do own quite a bit of stuff, and in Bris, which is always a good thing for when I go there. They allow you to move around quite a bit, so thats nice.

Yeah, they do, quite a few, so thats nice.
I'd be in the Suncorp Life Insurance and Super side of things if I do get the job, which I have some experience in, so fingers crossed for me as well ![]()
Not going to Garrrrrry on about it though. No need ![]()

ive got my lights for the car stuck in customs as well. i gave up on them now.
Customs are on strike or something, so they have probably thrown it into a corner as a method of dispute.

What? No Zac, you need to post scanned copies of all your correspondence with them and give us blowjob by blowjob accounts of the interview process.

I hate Customs, I hated the cubts when we worked with them, and I hate the cubts I have to put up with at the airport and with my mail. Bunch of power tripping cubt bags.
AusPost can go get forked too. Our organisation runs sheltered workshops for the mentally disabled to work in, so they have a job and something to do. I swear there's more efficiency there than there is in AusPost, higher IQs as well.
