I get access to the airport food court. It's kind of like the lounge, but not really.

Honestly lounge is only good overseas, in Aus it's not needed, we have some pretty killer airports. We used it for a 4.5hr stopover in KL, sleep in the big chairs, free food and drink etc.

That being said we got some deal and don't pay the annual fee on the card but if we had to pay it we wouldn't keep it.

Yeah, I agree with you. I really wish I was able to get into the lounges at LAX when I was there for 9 hours waiting for my flight home.

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

I should just convert to single, right?

How's life Gaz, other than the exploded car?

Really good man. Things are going fantastic in my new job. I've now met my colleagues and looked through my store which is only under a year old so it's got all the good stuff in it like automatically updated advertising screens, iPads, etc.

How about yourself man?

Platinum cards are for people who think they are awesome.

I have 2.

I have one, and will have two soon. Except mine are connected to Qantas Frequent Flyer points. One Platinum QFF Debit Card and one Platinum QFF Credit Card incoming.

For Jase;

So the bloke that taking out the old engine and putting the new one in (along with all the servicing, genuine parts, new radiator, etc) told me that he highly suspects a head gasket problem as well as possible bent valves most probably due to a stretched timing chain. The car makes a noise when you try to start it but nothing kicks over. I guess the easiest way to explain it is that electronically, it works, but nothing else seems to want to move.

I am being charged $4,000 for the following;

  • new engine
  • genuine Subaru parts including top and bottom radiator piping, power steering pipe, oil filter, nuts and bolts, gaskets for my exhaust (the ones used previously were incorrect), oil to flush and run the engine for 10 or so minutes, normal engine oil afterwards, coolant, spark plugs, etc
  • new radiator
  • blue slip
  • labour

There may be a few things I have missed from that list but that might give you a general idea. There is three months warranty on the engine and he is stamping and recording the engine swap in the log book. All receipts provided for genuine parts purchased.

So, TV's that have ads playing on a loop, right Gaz?

Sounds like my job, it has that.

That's it, except they're updated automatically from head office (they're connected via ethernet I assume and at the click of a button new ads are added and removed from the loop).

I'm just advertising.

Cause I can.

No, fuck off Larry.

Is a full timing kit done too?

I know with chains is different, but the engine is out of car, so everything may as well be done for piece of mind for the next 150,000km..

I'll have to double check on that one. But it would be the best time to mention it in all honesty.
