Epic Steak Burger was just made and eaten.. fuck I enjoyed that! (thanks for the idea AMS)
marinated some steak in garlic overnight. got a nice bun lightly toasted - some rindless bacon, truss tomato - jarlsburg cheese, mixed greens (lettuce and shit) and the epic ingredient was this chilli sauce/relish stuff I got at this shop near Nik's place (guy there told me it was the hottest thing he could offer)..... it is very good in taste but not all that hot. Simple as shit but turned out soo nice!
topped it off with some limonchello which had the effect of amplifying the burn 11ty times! haha.
