Tataki style beef is awesome. Especially if it is a high marble wagyu breed.
The best steak restaurants wont even ask you.
The wagyu we had for our work dinner at the Adelaide convention center was raw (as an entre with something else) Was awesome though,
I had a Moroccan Chicken Burger for lunch it was good
Chips where good also

Well I just moved house.
All I can say is my car is the ultimate car. Load it up with heaps of stuff. On the trip back drive it like a race car and do skids. Normally if you have a performance car you need to get something practical with space to do the moving and the return trip is as crap as the moving trip. Man subies rock.
Ultimate car - Mums Focus
You can load it up like this:

and still does awesome skids and gets oversteer around corners

Other good places in Melbourne are:
The Meat & Wine Co, in Southbank (Queensbrige)
Vlados, in Bridge Rd Richmond
There are more, but these guys do it very well - not particularly cheap though!
I'm staying in Richmond next Friday night
