as much as i appreciate the advice and am very thankful. We arent going thru solicitors. its all be extremely civil he knows where he stands and i know where i stand. he doesnt want the house because his gf wants their own house now. Before i lived in it she wanted it because it would have been their first house together. but now that i live in it she just wants his name off it. hes easy going and knows not to screw me over.. dont need a solicitor.. hes met my biker/bikie family hahahaha.. but nah.. hes good. he wants us to get his name off as cheaply as possible.. the less we have to fork out the better. ive told him id foot the fees to change over the titles so hes happy with that..

i gave him 2k he got to supercharge his car.. so hes happy
