Although mine did have blue eyes as an infant - they did turn brown by the time he was 3 months old, and rightly so... All pure-bread Mal's will only have brown eyes. Blue eyes only appear in Husky's (either brown, blue, or both :) )

You may like this: (1920x1200)

If i were 2 get a mala it would probably be a black and white one w/brown eyes, but i really do love the 2x Tones. Hmm so maybe the one I saw was a halfcast malusky haha =D oOOoh me wants...
Didnt know mala's eyes change as they grow.

and thanx 4 the pic, me likey!

My mates family has 2 Mali's. Gorgeous dogs. Though they smell all the time - even right after a bath! Just their nature i guess? And they live in a suburban house with a tiny backyard...and 2 cats. Lol!! They get out for a walk every day though!

Here they are. With my Mrs. She could pass for the third one ya?

Nice Collie, my brother has one like that.
Hmm, my Mal is a short haired version and doesn't smell at all, not even when he's dirty... maybe something with long haired breeds - I don't know.......
I tell you what though, with the amount of hair that comes out of mine on a daily basis, I don't know if I could handle a long hair......
I can fill a bucket full of hair EVERY day from brushing him at this time of year.... :flag_of_truce:

Yea they do shed a crap load of hair!

Good point about the short haired version not smelling at all! If i got one it would be the short haired version.
I want to get a golden retriever though. When my kids grow up we'lll look more into it. And seeing as though they arent even conceived yet it will be a while!

Morgs, I thought Border Collies were fairly long lived dogs? A mate of mine had one that made it to nearly 17.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

My bro's Mal would fill a bucket a day also! he was long haired but did not smell... it may be sign of dental issues if the dog stinks as they do like to lick alot and thus making themself stink all over... one thing i dont miss is that dogs dumps! no point picking it up, just blast it with the hose for 2 minutes! oh and man would that thing drop its guts! watching tv then the dog gets up and runs off. you just know he dropped one and god damn they stunk!

Hahaha.......but dangerous!
Some cars were fitted with the crash sensors in the steering wheel.
Now most are inside the cabin, ie under console.

Seems odd tha alarm went off.
