I'm sick of women taking inappropriate photos of me and uploading them to facespace without even having the common decency or nettiquette to tag me. Sheesh. What's the e-world coming to? Also, in the spirit of the moment, I would prefer if any carrying on would be done in the fashion of a lamb chop - :D

The H6 is just an awesome engine when mated to the 5spd auto.

Did some test driving today and I concur (If your a Victorian taxpayer I owe you 2 hours of work, sorry  ).
Drove an 06 Outback 3L auto and an 04 3.0 R-B six speed manual Lib. The auto went really well, slower than the b4 obviously but felt smooth and powerful. The six speed felt like the b4 on the primary, without the secondary kick :empathy3:. Honestly the auto felt quicker, me rikey  .
Obvious stuff, the Outback rode like a dream, drifted along smooth as whereas the Lib felt really chuckable, but rode a bit harsher, more like the b4 (Bilstein goodness). Lib had the better stereo (McIntosh) but the Outback seats seemed better. Lib leather was similar to the b4, perforated and slippery whereas the Outback was suede down the middle and grippy.
SI drive was interesting, obvious difference between the settings in the Outback even on a short drive.
Bit unfair to compare an 04 to an 06 i know, but mmmmmmmmmmm Outback for me i think :diablo:

Good choice!!! Glad to hear the tale of your tests mate. That is exactly the conclusion I came to, throw in my regional postcode and vwala - Outback it is! Also, Sam Kek is being taken to court by animal rights activists apparently... don't know the full story, off home now anyway, it's nearly 8!

I don't like lamb really, call me what you want. :flag_of_truce: not that i dislike it, i just prefer a nice slice of beef or even better... Roast Pork on the Webber with Apple sauce!

I like big bewbs. Don't H8. LOLERCAUST at Kekovich. He's a tosspot. A funny tosspot. Angry Veggos initiating legal action against him have got to be epic fecal encrusted scrotum gobblers. Lamb is orright. As long as you don't buy the mutton they flog off a lamb from the major supermarket chains. It has to be from a trusted oldschool butcher. Not some high school dropout with ADHD wielding a knife at coles shanking 6 month old carcasses.

Well here is my day. Got up early and drove to the Grampians to climb Hollow Mountain. Massive climb. Many overhangs, really hot and big consequences if I fail. Broke a boot and really struggled with zero grip on the right foot with a long way to go. The big mother mountain with some scary crevasses Hollow MT. up here closer. Anyway drove back via Seppelt winery and bought some nice cellar door specials. Got home, completely rooted. Grampians to Geelong, long drive and my dogs ate all of my compost heap. I mean fucking heaps of rotten food. So angry, nothing left. So saw the fireworks and then a random dog comes charging at us. It was a really friendly, stressed Staffie. We called the council and gave them the reg tag number and they said "we don't give out private details and won't pick it up" the stupid bitch because all we wanted to do was take it home. Why the fuck do I pay rego fees bitch? So its crying in my front sun room and I have to deal with it. Stupid owner put no phone number on it. I want a slab for it when I see (yell) at the owner. God damn nice old dog (and caring fiance). Muscles ache and I am tired. Arrrgh!!!

Tomorrow I'm going to the NRMA Motorfest in the city. Last time I went was 2-yrs ago and it was better than any Sydney Motorshow I'd ever been to prior. Just streets of classic cars....pure heaven.

Pics please Shiv.
Aussie cars with chrome bumpers? (after all it is Australia day!)
Cheers

Happy Australia Day.

I've been at work for a while, but I have a feeling it's going to be pretty quiet today. Most people would be using today as a head home day after their ridiculously long and enviable weekends!

Happy Australia Day all. Its a pretty nice day up here so far. Not too hot but warm enough to go down to the beach with some friends and the Mrs and enjoy it. Already seen those jets that seem to fly around on Aus Day! Man they were loud and fast! Was driving both times so couldnt get a good look but they are still awesome :) I think the Central Coast has broken the 'bogan's with flags' stereotype! Soo many cars around here have them and seriously they are mostly middle aged people! There are lots of p platers too but hardly any in your falcadore with 15" steelies on the back! Maybe its just the lack of ethnic groups on the coast but it seems its more just the local Aussies having a good time and enjoying being Australian.

Haha, that is true. But I can only hope today goes smoothly. I think that having people on the news all week proclaiming that the Australian flag and the southern cross should be likened to the swastika was doing nothing but enraging people. I was definitely shouting at the television during the interview with one of these so called experts. Oh well. I just had a German customer, young female, and she was very excited about Aye Day. Considering work doesn't open for another ten minutes, she was keen as mustard to get some sauce. Onya love.
