Make sure you ground that radiator!

Also, Hoses will need trimming to clear thermos and power steer pulley.

As said, still messy but much neater lol

I actually ran completely new hose from both heads and from my PCV as it was so messy using the stock hoses with barbs to the new stuff?

The hoses are covered by the engine cover so hides the mess :P

But im not happy with the layout so i will eventually redo it with new hoses without running those barbs...

I got mine closer to the $200 mark delivered...

Another reason y i went the 2 port was I would have problems with fouling on the A/C hardline... I had to slightly bend the line upwards to get the 2 hoses under it

Oh ok, price aint too bad then, and i did notice that hard line..i luckily have no such issue ;)

But after about ten different configurations and trying to tuck hoses under the manifold n stuff i still cant find a way to run them that makes me totally happy

But this way will do for the moment lol

Over the past month I purchased a few goodies...

Prosport electric oil pressure & temp gauges and a hypertec sandwich plate.

Posted Image

As it was time for an oil change including transmission and diff which meant the TMIC had to come off too..

So pulled it of n wow couldn't believe how much oil vapor has been sitting in there... Even the Y pipe n silicone hoses had a lining of oil so I gave them all a good clean...

Posted Image

While they were drying I drained all the fluids which meant it was time for the sandwich plate to go on...

Big speed bump straight off the mark... Won't go on without taking the stock heat shields off the factory headers... So off they came and another speed bump plate fouls against the water line...

Aek how the hell did u fit urs on?

Posted Image

Posted Image

This is where I was at a cross road to I try n machine the plate down or give up n go down the road of just getting an oil sensor relocation kit... Ive chose the later for another day...

Will most likely get one from crisp mods

isnt your AOS meant to stop flow by oil into the intercooler?

Sorry mate, was mid way through a big drinking session the other day when you called. I was of no use to anyone lol

I actually bent the water line a bit to fit the sandwich plate. Mine looks like it may have been a little slimmer than your though which may have helped. Where did you get the plate from?
