I'd suspect the creaking is from the bushes that hold the swaybar itself. I'd be greasing them (with molybdenum grease...nothing else!!). Are they rubber or polyurethane? Also, I'd be looking at the swaybar to see if there was any lateral movement (side to side). If there was, I'd be looking into securing the swaybar against those mounts.

This is a demonstration of how a swaybar moves side to side (lateral movement). Grease is evidence of this. Towards the right of the picture you can see a "lateral lock kit" made by whiteline. It's an earlier model which didn't work very well, as it too, also moved from the lateral forces exerted on the swaybar.

This is the updated whiteline lateral lock kit. It appears to be made from aluminum, and appears to be better quality than the earlier one.
So if your swaybar is creaking, it won't be because of the end links that you've recently bought. It'll most likely be because of swaybar lateral movement.
Haychteehaych and all of that.

I'd say it's greasing that's my trouble. My efforts from a few weeks ago might be useful in detecting any sideways movement too.

My end links don't creak at all. And they're like that up front.

Cheers Alex. I'll hav to buy some decent grease and give it another go. Can't quite see what's going on in those pictures (iPhone spec) but I do have HD mounts and lateral link strengtheners already.
