I just love driving manual, is that so bad?
I dont care about not being able to eat my food while i drive because i would rather pull over and eat as to not cause a crash. I love the feeling of changing gears instead of letting a computer do it for you. Its just some cars have the pedal a bit to far away for my leg, I can still drive a large amount of manual vehicles, just have to sit in them first, i can tell in a few seconds if it will work or not.

OK technerdyheadpeople.

Ive just embarked on a DIY mechanical journey.

Ive just finished pulling the Coilpacks and plugs out of the RB25DET in my Stagea. Im chasing a misfire which I suspect is a dadgey coilpack or more.

How the hell do i know if a coil pack is fooked? Also how do i know if the plugs are fuxored? At least none of the plugs are damp at all. They are all a bit sooted on the ends, but when does a plug really need replacing?

Ill build a thread if youd all prefer.

But in the interests of keeping things subaru, an answer here would be spiffy.

Sig worthy.
