But 1 I don't have an oven proof pan. 2 I had a "plain cooked" ribeye the night before, so just changed it up!
Fwiw, I put oil garlic whole grain mustard and Worcestershire sauce in the mix. Plus some sweet chilli sauce, which was a mistake, because it burnt. But didn't taste burnt which was good.
I cooked it on a smoking hot pan, flipping every minute (stole from Heston) worked perfectly, was just on for a minute too long though I reckon.

Yeah I can't do it at all if I can see it.. I don't mind if it is in cakes etc but can't do anything like boiled/scrambled/omlette/fried/mixed into stir fries etc.Still, fried egg I cannot deal with, that's why I hate hotel food, they put fried egg in EVERYTHING.

Why have an oven if you don't have a tray for it? Confusing!
Haha, just got a call from the Phillipines - I'm in a good mood, told him that it's a quarter to seven over here, and he should probably scroll down his list past the (08) numbers. Seemed like a good bloke, so I didn't give him any shit.
Maybe I am changing for the betterererererer?

We get it all the time, it's water off a ducks back, but people should ONE DAY realise that we live in WESTERN AUSTRALIA. Our local paper being called 'West Australian' coupled with the entirety of our major news outlets being owned by only two companies, means that the slow introduction of 'West Australia', keeps coming in spades.
Did you notice my Burko joke?
True, but it is annoying! get it right, it isn't that difficult, this is Australia, not 'merca... we have maps
Hahaha yeah that was a good joke

TFIF.
Indeed.
I'm off to yet another 21st party tonight. Wasn't planning on drinking much because I'm going to a 23rd party the next night. Then I found out beer is provided tonight. So i'm gonna have a few drinks

Agreed. We don't call it the 'east states', or 'north Australia' - the kicker is 'South Australia' versus 'Southern Australia'. For arguments sake. But seriously, have you ever had a pie floater?
that.
