That is excellent news Pete!

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Excitement.

NSW doesn't care about much...

Grats Pete!

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

so i decided yesterday to get a move on with losing some weight.

due to a heart condition i cant go to the gym immediately and pump weights. I need to train my heart rate to rise and fall slowly, not what its doing right now. a condition i dont fully understand myself.

anyway, started off just going for walks with the dog yesterday- 1 hour each time at a decent pace right throughout (going to the same beats on the ipod) with some cool-down exercises when I get home to slow the heart rate down.

Start weight: 102KG

Also, exercising the brain, started re-reteaching myself the guitar today! (started ages ago but stopped and lost any knowledge I had)

wish me luck!

Good luck! Heart conditions suck, Eating healthy is always a good start. Don't need the gym for that :)

Look after yourself, I died twice in 2011 because of poor health. Heart attacks are so shit.

I would assume so. The one I got from Subaru had a description of 90-95 Lib on the box and the guy assured me it would fit mine.

Oh and yes i will let you know :)

They are all the same.

Just gotta be careful when knocking the new one in.

It rained today. So all the Perth drivers freaked out and turned into retards. Took me nearly 2 hours to get home. Normally takes 35 minutes.

Sig worthy.
