My little brother is going to look at this on Wednesday. It has an exhaust and intake but he didn't mention a tune.

I wouldn't touch that with a 10 foot pole.
The mods that it has are screaming flogged out.
The house it's parked in front of looks dodgey.
The only good mod it has are the coilovers.

@Nik...I actually saw one of those new (new) Beetles in Sydney on Wed 13/03 this year! It was all 'disguised' with crazy shape white vinyl cut outs all over it and had wheel covers that looked like al-foil spec from a cardboard car parade. I knew what it was, but gee they make 'em hard to look at while they're testing...

Nik, those Ovlov's are built like tanks. If it's the right price, he could do a lot worse. A friend from School's old man Has had Volvo's all his life (still to this day) and swears by them. If he has family, you basically can't get a safer/more solid vehicle.
